Marc Anthony announces he’s expecting 7th child just two weeks after lavish wedding

Marc Anthony and his wife, Nadia Ferreira, have announced the birth of their first child together, Anthony’s seventh child. On Valentine’s Day, the couple announced their pregnancy with an intimate photo of the 54-year-old Latin music legend cradling the 23-year-old model’s growing baby bump. The post was shared on both of their Instagram pages with the caption: “Best Valentine’s Gift Ever!!!”

The couple’s diamond wedding rings were also prominently shown in the picture. According to Tyla News, the ‘Vivid Mi Vidi’ singer and his ex-girlfriend Debbie Rosado have a 29-year-old daughter named Arianna Muiz. Chase Muiz, the couple’s adopted son, was also born.

After electing not to be married to his fiancée, Dominican-American actress Claudette Lali, the Grammy-winning artist married his first wife, Miss Universe winner Dayanara Torres in 2000. During their marriage, they produced two children, Christian Muiz and Ryan Muiz, who are now 22 and 19, respectively.

They split before reuniting and then splitting again in 2003. He married pop star Jennifer Lopez in 2004, after dating in the 1990s. They worked together on music and the film El Cantante throughout their marriage. Anthony and the ‘Ain’t It Funny’ singer share twins Emme and Max, who were born in 2008.

They announced their separation in 2011, and Lopez later married actor Ben Affleck. Anthony married model Shannon De Lima in 2014, but the couple separated two years later. In 2017, the divorce was finalized. When Ferreira won Miss Universe Paraguay in 2021, Anthony’s relationship with his current wife became public in February 2022.

They announced their engagement in May, and the pregnancy news comes only two weeks after they exchanged vows in a lavish wedding ceremony in Miami on January 28. Last month, the extravagant wedding took place at the Pérez Art Museum. Football legend David Beckham and Mexican businessman Carlos Slim were among Anthony’s closest aides.

Maluma, Romeo Santos, Salma Hayek, Oscar-winning songwriter Lin Manuel Miranda, and ‘Despacito’ singer Luis Fonsi were among the other A-list guests. Lopez, Affleck and Emme, and Max were all missing from the ceremony. Ferreira donned two stunning dresses made by Israeli fashion designer Galia Lahav to the event.

Sharon Sever, Head Designer at Galia Lahav, was enthused about the dresses, saying it was a “special moment” to see the bride try them on. “Seeing her in her dress for the first time and the way her face & eyes lit up was such a special moment – she was an absolute vision!” she said in a statement shared with People.

“At her last fitting, I received a video from our team in Miami of her dancing, being emotional & thanking Galia & me. We are so honored & excited that she let us be part of her big day & wish the couple only love!”
