Meghan Markle raises a glass as Prince Harry returns home for birthday reunion

Meghan Markle has marked her husband Prince Harry’s return to California with a playful toast after his whirlwind trip to the UK and Ukraine.

The Duchess of Sussex shared the moment on Instagram through her lifestyle brand, As Ever. Posting a photo of two glasses being filled with her brand’s 2024 Napa Valley Rosé, she captioned it: “When your beau is back in town…”, reported PEOPLE.

Harry’s homecoming comes just in time for his 41st birthday on Monday, September 15. The Duke of Sussex had spent the past week travelling, with his most significant stop being in London where he reunited with King Charles.

On September 10, father and son sat down for tea at Clarence House, their first face-to-face meeting in 19 months. The private encounter was seen as a rare moment of reconnection after years of strained relations.

Harry then carried on with his trip before finally heading back to Montecito, where Meghan and their children Archie and Lilibet were waiting.

For Meghan, who has been busy promoting her brand, the lighthearted toast was a way to celebrate her husband being home after an emotional and eventful few days abroad.
