Nursery Monster Smirks As She’s Convicted Of Abusing 21 Babies

An evil nursery worker smirked as police arrested her for attacking 21 babies, including one she kicked in the face. Bodycam footage showed Roksana Lecka being led from her home after shocking CCTV footage revealed her abusing children in her care.

She has now been convicted of cruelty towards 21 babies. She admitted seven counts of cruelty to a person under the age of 16 and was found guilty of another 14 by a jury at Kingston Crown Court. She is due to be sentenced on 26 September.

In the footage, officers tell her she is accused of assaulting babies. She responds coldly: “Yeah I have heard about that.” Later, in her police interview, she refused to answer any questions, repeating “no comment” even when shown photos of the injuries she caused, reported the Mirror.

Lecka’s abuse came to light after staff and parents noticed unexplained bruises and scratches on children. Detectives from the Met Police examined nursery CCTV which exposed her tormenting children, pinching and scratching them under their clothes on arms, legs and stomachs. Some children were pinched dozens of times in one day, leaving them crying and recoiling from her.

On one occasion, she kicked a little boy in the face several times before stepping on his shoulder. She was also seen pushing babies head-first into cots and covering a toddler’s mouth to silence his crying.

Police said she carried out abuse at two nurseries between October 2023 and June 2024. One incident was linked to Little Munchkins in Hounslow, while the rest happened at Montessori Riverside Nursery in Twickenham, which has since shut down.

Detective Sergeant Geoff Boye described what officers uncovered: “Footage showed Lecka carrying out multiple assaults on the children in her care which included repeatedly pinching and grabbing children, dropping babies into their cots and on one occasion, she delivered several kicks to a young boy to the face and stepped on his shoulder.”

Jurors took nearly 10 hours to convict her on 14 of 17 remaining charges. She was cleared of three. Lecka tried to excuse her behavior, claiming cannabis use affected her memory and that she was “addicted” to vaping.

She told the court: “At that time I was really addicted to vapes, I would smoke two little crystal disposables a day. I was vaping in nursery. Because if I did not smoke I would get agitated and fed up. I couldn’t keep asking to go to the toilet. Any opportunity I would take. I would be really moody and fed up. It would be a couple of puffs and then I’d put it away. I would put it in my bra.”

Jurors were shown chilling footage of Lecka kicking a boy in the face four times, stepping on his shoulder, then kicking him again. The trainers she wore were later seized by police. Gasps were heard from the victims’ families in court as the footage was played.

Other clips showed her pinching the legs, back and underarm of a crying girl, grabbing another by the hair and pinching her face. In another, she was seen vaping before yanking a baby from a crib and pinching and punching the child. At times she appeared to check if colleagues were watching her assaults.
