Victoria Beckham Turns to Eva Longoria in Desperate Bid to Fix Family Rift but it is Not Going to Plan

Victoria Beckham has reportedly been leaning heavily on her close friend Eva Longoria as tensions continue to simmer between the Beckham family and Brooklyn. According to Closer Magazine, Eva, who’s also close to Brooklyn, had hoped she could help bridge the gap—but things haven’t exactly gone to plan.

Initially, Eva was apparently reluctant to get involved, worried that stepping into the middle of the drama might only push Brooklyn further away. A source shared, “At first, Eva was hesitant to get involved as she didn’t want it to backfire and end up pushing Brooklyn away.”

But over the past few weeks, it seems Brooklyn has started opening up more during his chats with Eva. “Eva’s conversations with Brooklyn have been getting longer and he’s opening up to her about his upset over the situation and how torn he feels between Nicola and his family,” the insider revealed.

It’s clear from what’s been said that Brooklyn’s struggling with the ongoing strain, trying to balance his loyalty to Nicola with the growing distance from his parents. The source claimed Brooklyn confided in Eva under the condition that she keep their talks private. “Brooklyn has made her promise that what he says won’t get back to his mum, but she’s trying to get him to see how hurtful this is to his parents,” the source added.

Despite being kept in the dark about what’s really being said, Victoria is said to be thankful that Eva’s even trying. The fashion designer knows her best friend is caught in a tough spot but appreciates the effort to help resolve things. “Vic’s finding it difficult knowing Eva’s privy to information she won’t divulge, but she’s also incredibly grateful to her for stepping in,” the source shared.

While the talks haven’t yet delivered a breakthrough, it’s clear Victoria is hoping Eva can somehow get through to Brooklyn and ease the tension that’s lingered between the families since his marriage to Nicola Peltz.
