Princess Andre Just Got Her First Car and Fans Can’t Stop Talking About One Detail
Princess Andre has revealed she’s bought her very first car, just weeks after passing her driving test, and it’s already got everyone talking. The 17-year-old daughter of Katie Price and Peter Andre shared the exciting news on Instagram, posing next to a sleek white Audi and proudly holding the keys.
In her caption, alongside a little car emoji, she wrote, “I bought my first car,” and it didn’t take long for the likes and love to roll in — the post has already racked up over 50,000 likes. Fans were quick to flood the comments with congratulations and compliments about her new ride. There was a lot of support and excitement for her milestone moment, but there was one detail in the photos that caused a stir among some followers, reported the Mirror.
The car had a custom “PRINCESS” registration plate on display in the pictures, and that immediately raised eyebrows. While many assumed it was her actual plate, several fans voiced concern over the visibility of such a recognisable name on a car belonging to a young woman.
One person commented, “I love this but why would you show and have that number plate? Target for every ae and nutter out there!” Another said, “Well done be careful with that plate people recognising it will keep following be safe always.”
A third added, “Beautiful car but I’d be a bit scared on my own with ur plate in this mad world,” echoing the general unease around safety. Others shared similar sentiments, saying the plate could attract unwanted attention, especially from people who might recognise her from social media or the press.
But as it turns out, fans didn’t need to worry. The number plate wasn’t real — it was just a show plate placed over the actual registration. Some followers were quick to point this out and tried to reassure others in the comments. “It’s a show plate, you can see the real one behind,” someone explained. Another chimed in with, “It’s actually covering up the real plate.” One follower couldn’t help but react to the confusion, saying, “The amount of people thinking this is her actual plate,” adding a facepalm emoji for good measure.
Once the misunderstanding was cleared up, the mood in the comments shifted back to celebration. There was an outpouring of love and support from fans who were genuinely happy for Princess. Messages like “Yay!!! So happy for you Princess! Well done,” and “Congratulations and be safe,” filled her feed, with others simply saying, “Love it! Well done.”
Even family members got involved. Emily Andre, Princess’ step-mum and wife of Peter Andre, dropped a sweet comment filled with flame and heart emojis and simply wrote, “Yay.” Her mum Katie also shared the proud moment by reposting the photo on her Instagram Story, writing, “So proud and so scared at the same time my baby girl turns 18 next month too so lots of exciting things we will be doing together.”
It’s clear this was a huge moment for Princess, and while some fans had a bit of a panic at first, it all turned out to be a case of social media misunderstanding. Still, the love and concern show just how many people are rooting for her — even when she’s just picking up her first set of car keys.
